Four more actors have joined the cast of High School, the indie that puts the ‘high’ into, erm, ‘high school’.
Matt Bush will play a high school valedictorian who smokes pot for the first time, only to find that – uh-oh alert! – the school’s mandatory drug test is the very next day. That’s not good planning.
Yeardley Smith – the voice of Lisa from The Simpsons! – will play a teacher, while Camille Mana and Julia Ling will play Bush’s fellow students.
They join the already-cast Adrien Brody, as a drug dealer (perhaps even the fellow who sells Bush the illegal reefer pot marijuana product), and Michael Chiklis as the school principal.
John Stalberg will direct the movie, from a script by Stephen Susco.
