She escapes into a fantasy world, taking her fellow inmates with her (Vanessa Hudgens, Abbie Cornish, Jamie Chung, Jena Malone). Gugino will play a nurse in the asylum, and a brothel owner in the fantastical reality, but we don't know yet if she's a goodie, baddie, neither or both.
