Boris Kodjoe

The last time we saw him, Boris Kodjoe was more concerned with battling against an onslaught of slavering, infected zombie types in Resident Evil: Retribution than sexing up any particular joint. But lust will most definitely be on his mind when he takes part in a new drama called Addicted.

Billie Woodruff is directing the film, which has been adapted by Paul Zane’s novel. The book’s plot follows Zoe, a seemingly happy woman busy raising three kids in her quiet marriage. But under her apparently serene surface bubbles a volcanic addiction to sex, which she begins to quench with one affair after another.

Eventually, she heads down a path that might be a little more dangerous than simply being caught in someone else’s arms. There’s no exact word on what role Kodjoe would play, but chances are he’ll be one of the blokes our heroine (who has yet to be cast) will get involved with.

Kodjoe has appeared in the likes of Surrogates and Madea’s Family Reunion. He’ll be back in horror mode for Nurse 3D, which has yet to lock down a release date in the States or over here.
