There are surprise sequels and there are surprise sequels, but the fact that there's a Boondock Saints 2 is, frankly, astonishing. All the major players are back from the original, bar Willem Dafoe, who was off in the woods somewhere. Troy Duffy directs, Sean Patrick Flanery and Norman Reedus are the vigilante brothers, and Billy Connolly, who continues to sport his **X-Files **beard, is back as Il Duce, still with a coat full of arsenal. New arrivals are Clifton Collins Jr., Judd Nelson, Julie Benz and Peter Fonda.
Boondock Saints 2: All Saints Day is released in the States on October 30th, and looks much like the first, with the shooty and sweary and the brotherliness and the slow-mo. Is this A Good Thing? Explain.
