The next James Bond adventure is Shatterhand no more. Several months into its production, the title for Bond 25 has been unveiled – and it’s officially called No Time To Die. That’s a suitably Bond-y title from a franchise that previously gave us titles like Die Another Day, You Only Live Twice, and Tomorrow Never Dies. The title was confirmed in a social media video that sees Daniel Craig walk into frame in usual 007 style, while the stylised lettering falls into place.

The title reveal also comes with the following synopsis: “In No Time To Die, Bond has left active service and is enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica. His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help. The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology.”

This one once again stars Daniel Craig as the British secret agent, re-teaming him with the likes of Léa Seydoux, Ralph Fiennes, Naomie Harris, Ben Whishaw, Rory Kinnear, and Jeffrey Wright. This time, he’ll be up against Rami Malek’s villain, and will be joined by new faces in Ana de Armas, Lashana Lynch, and Billy Magnussen.

No Time To Die

After the departure of Danny Boyle in pre-production, No Time To Die is being directed by Cary Joji Fukunaga – and it’ll hit UK cinemas on 3 April 2020.
