Having worked through some troubles during production – director Bryan Singer was removed after unplanned absences from set, and Dexter Fletcher was brought in to replace him – Queen/Freddie Mercury biopic Bohemian Rhapsody is ready to release its teaser trailer. Will it rock you?
Charting the birth and huge rise of Queen to rock superstardom, the film will take the band to the heights of their show-stopping appearance at Live Aid in 1985, with Rami Malek as front man Mercury. And it features the involvement of fellow Queen members Brian May and Roger Taylor, keeping the story authentic and the tunes right. They're'represented on screen too, with Ben Hardy, Joseph Mazzello and Gwilym Lee as Taylor, John Deacon and May respectively.
This teaser mashes up a lot of the group's music, and doesn't offer that much of a clue about how the cast have brought them to life, but that's for the main trailer to display.
The release date for the film has shifted slightly – in its favour – moving up to 24 October in the UK and 2 November in the States.
