As we write this, it's 29 November, which would have been Chadwick Boseman's 44th birthday. To pay tribute to the late actor, who died in August, Marvel has altered the studio logo that appears in front of Black Panther on Disney+, and you can find the video below.

Black Panther, of course, saw Boseman starring as T'Challa, newly minted king of Wakanda, who inherited the role from his father, only to face challenges from within and without, not the least of which was Michael B. Jordan's Erik Killmonger.

Boseman reprised the role in Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame, and was on to return as a key part of the MCU in the Black Panther sequel and beyond before his tragic death.

Writer/director Ryan Coogler is still putting the pieces together for the second Panther film, and while Marvel has said that there will be no use of CG to replicate Boseman for any transition to whoever holds the title, we'd expect some other form of tribute to the late star.
