Anya Taylor-Joy has been place as the titular lead for the new adaptation of Jane Austen's Emma for a few months now, but as the cameras start to roll, we know some of the cast that will be supporting her. Bill Nighy, Mia Goth, Callum Turner, Gemma Whelan, Miranda Hart, Josh O’Connor, Rupert Graves, Amber Anderson and Tanya Reynolds are all part of the film.

Autumn de Wilde, who has come up through photography and music videos, will use the film as her feature directorial debut, with Eleanor Catton on board to script the adaptation.

Austen's 1815 novel is a comedy of manners that follows young Emma Woodhouse meddling in others' romantic affairs in an attempt to play matchmaker. With Focus Features and Working Title providing the backing, production is, as mentioned, already underway but the film doesn't yet have a release date.
