It was still good to be those Bad Boys For Life this weekend at the American box office, as the long-anticipated third film in the series racked up another win to stay top of the charts. The action comedy added $34 million, according to studio estimates.

The latest earnings also mean the film has crossed the $100 million mark in the US after just a couple of weeks on release, its domestic total now standing at $120.6 million. There was similar good news for 1917, which took in $15.8 million to stay in second place and has now made more than $103 million in the US alone. Globally, the serious Oscar contender is standing at $200 million.

More surprisingly, there was no change in third place either as, despite its critical lambasting, Dolittle held on, adding $12.5 million. It's still not exactly performing well in the US, making $44.6 million to date. Worldwide, it's only creeping towards the $100 million mark, and is still a good $9 million or so away.

You have to head to fourth for the first new entry, as Guy Ritchie's The Gentlemen landed with $11 million, which isn't exactly a strong start. It knocked Jumanji: The Next Level down to fifth on $7.9 million. Horror movie The Turning landed with a splat at sixth and $7.3 million, though with a $14 million budget, it doesn't have as far to go to make some money.

Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker dropped to seventh and $5.1 million, while Little Women dropped a couple of places to eighth, making $4.7 million. Just Mercy was ninth, taking home $4 million, ahead of Knives Out in 10th, which earned $3.6 million.
