Following an increasing trend, penguin animation Happy Feet will be dancing its way onto Imax screens in 3D, as well as showing in 2D in your common or garden multiplex. The CG film directed by Babe herder George Miller is the story of a tapdancing penguin and his Antarctic antics and features the voices of Elijah Wood, Nicole Kidman, Hugh Jackman, Robin Williams and lovely mad old Brittany Murphy.
The Imax 3D format has previously been successful for Polar Express, while 2D Imax has added significantly to the gross of the likes of Charlie And The Chocolate Factory and the Star Wars prequels.
