In town and camping it up a treat for his role as the evil Pascal Sauvage in Johnny English, John Malkovich did stop to share a few words about his much delayed upcoming project, Art School Confidential. "I met with [director] Terry Zwigoff about a week ago. We have a second draft from [writer] Dan Clowes and Terry will go to work now with Dan on a third and maybe a fourth draft. It's, I imagine, a year away. Maybe less." The man responsible for cult graphic novel Ghost World - also adapted for the screen by Zwigoff - Clowes wrote Art School Confidential as a satirical take on celebrity. The graphic novel features and undercover cop who, implausibly, finds an enthusiastic audience for his aesthetic attempts and turns into artistic sensation.
