The cameras might already be rolling, but that isn't stopping the latest Indiana Jones film from adding another cast member. Antonio Banderas is the latest actor to join up in an unknown role.
With James Mangold handling directing duties (having co-written the script with Jez and John-Henry Butterworth), the new film sees veteran director Steven Spielberg staying involved as a producer, alongside Kathleen Kennedy, Frank Marshall and Simon Emmanuel.
Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Mads Mikkelsen, Boyd Holbrook and Shaunette Renée Wilson are all in the cast for the movie, which is keeping its story locked away in a giant warehouse for now, but looks from recent set images to be taking place, at least partially, in the 1960s. Harrison Ford injured his shoulder rehearsing a fight scene last month, but Mangold and the team are continuing to shoot while he recovers and the film is still on track for a 29 July release next year.
