In the rush of Marvel Cinematic Universe release date delay news, it's somehow easy to forget that Ant-Man 3 is in development. We already learned that Peyton Reed is back as the director, but the news today is that Rick And Morty veteran Jeff Loveness is writing the script.
Though Marvel has yet to formally announce the movie, word of Reed's deal last year pointed to the fact that Paul Rudd's Scott Lang and Evangeline Lily's Hope Van Dyne will return for a third adventure (not counting their appearance in Avengers: Endgame). As for when the movie might actually see the light of day? That's anyone's guess for now – the MCU's schedule to full through the middle of 2022.
