Twilight and Up In The Air actress Anna Kendrick has joined the cast of Seth Rogen's illness comedy, which is currently sitting in title limbo after ditching its previous monicker, I'm With Cancer.
James McAvoy is still on board to star as a 25-year-old who learns he has the disease and swears to fight it. It's all based on writer Will Reiser's own struggle with the condition.
Kendrick is signed to play his psychologist, who must help him through his treatment despite her lack of real life experience.
The film has struggled recently, with Nicole Holofcener walking away from the director's chair over location issues.
Now, however, Jonathan Levine (who made **The Wackness **and long-delayed horror All The Boys Love Mandy Lane) has agreed to direct the thing, with a shoot planned for next month in Vancouver.
