Rian Johnson has been busy filling up the cast for his next film, murder mystery Knives Out. His latest addition is Blade Runner 2049's Ana De Armas.
Details on the film's plot (written by Johnson) are scarce for now, beyond the fact that it's a modern day whodunit and Daniel Craig will be playing a detective alongside Lakeith Stanfield as a fellow cop.
De Armas joins a cast that also includes Chris Evans and Michael Shannon, with Johnson looking to have the film up and shooting next month ahead of a 2019 release date, though no official details have been forthcoming just yet.
In addition to this latest gig, De Armas will be seen in Three Seconds and plays one of the main characters in Danny Boyle and Richard Curtis' new musical comedy movie, currently scheduled to arrive on 28 June next year.
