With sketch show Inside Amy Schumer on hiatus for the time being, its star looks to be fully concentrating on the movies for the forseeable future. First out of the gate next spring is Snatched, in which the Trainwreck star teams up with Goldie Hawn: something of a coup since it's Hawn's first film since The Banger Sisters in 2002. Jonathan Levine directs. Have a look at what they've come up with in the first Snatched trailer.
As you'll have just seen, the film sees Hawn and Schumer as a mother and daughter suffering a disastrous holiday in South America. The script comes from The Heat's Katie Dippold and is inspired by her relationship with her own mother.
Joan Cusack, Ike Barinholtz, Wanda Sykes and Christopher Meloni co-star, and Snatched is out in the UK on May 12, 2017.
