Okay, this is a good time to be a die-hard Spidey nerd. After the costume was revealed and the trailer officially released, here comes The Amazing Spider-Man's proper poster - courtesy of First Showing who managed to take a snap of it at this year's Comic-Con.
And sure, at first look it's just Andrew Garfield's back, and at second look, yep, it's still just Andrew Garfield's back, but with the new logo and the bright and shiny colours, there's definitely something visually arresting about it.
Put it this way, it's definitely better than The Avengers poster we saw earlier. Right? Or not?
Why it has "The Amazing Spider-Man" repeated below by the date, we're not quite sure, but that's the way it is. As for the ever-so-vague "Summer 2012", we've got July 3, 2012 in our Spidey notebooks, so you might want to copy that over to yours too...
