Addison Timlin Up For Odd Thomas

While it looked like **The Blind Side’**s Lily Collins would be jumping into the female lead role for Stephen Sommers’ adaptation of Odd Thomas, she’s since decided that she’d rather play Snow White for **The Fall’**s Tarsem Singh. And now it would seem that Addison Timlin will be the girl to star alongside Anton Yelchin.

Adapted from Dean Koontz’ novel, the supernatural thriller will find Yelchin as Thomas, a cook with clairvoyant powers who discovers that dark and dangerous forces are threatening his desert home town.

Amongst those helping our hero figure out the threat is girlfriend Stormy Llewellyn, who will be played by Timlin if she locks in a deal.

While she’s a fairly fresh face with just a few credits to her name – most notably playing Clive Owen’s daughter in Derailed and the most recent season of David Duchovny comedy drama Californication – Timlin apparently beat out competition from more established named to win over Sommers.

The director, who also wrote the script, will kick off filming next month in New Mexico.
