Since launching at last year’s London Film Festival, Fernando Meirelles’ 360 has been touring various other events around the world. But the drama is now finally set to hit regular cinemas, and the trailer has arrived over at Apple.
360 weaves a series of interconnected tales that aim to examine how characters from different social strata are linked, usually through sex or relationships. Though that makes it sound like a movie version of someone’s sociology dissertation, it’s a drama written by Peter Morgan that features a hefty ensemble cast.
So if you’re in the mood to see the likes of Rachel Weisz, Anthony Hopkins, Jude Law, Ben Foster, Moritz Bleibtreu and Mark Ivanir work through issues with lovers, daughters, sons, husbands and friends, this could be the drama for you.
It hasn’t had a completely storming reception from critics, but on August 10, we get the chance to make our own minds up.
