Inspired by London’s rash of biker gang heists, Reg Traviss mangles a decent idea into a geezer fantasy land stuffed with ugly characters posing as folk-heroes. Innit direlogue, sledgehammer acting and tepid Heat-lite gunplay await. Unforgivably, there are two punishing hours of it.
