Featuring set-pieces from all six Episodes, epic space battles and the chance to play as classic characters from Yoda to Darth Vader, Battlefield II is LucasArts' most complete Star Wars experience so far. The single-player campaign is driven by a stronger story that includes a wider variety of places to visit, from Princess Leia's blockade runner to the swamps of Dagobah. Success in battle allows players to ditch the Rebel and Imperial grunts and play as Star Wars favourites, while new space battles bring greater variety to the anarchic skirmishes. But, as with its predecessor, the main thrills of Battlefront are still to be found in the online multiplayer battles, where 24 PS2, 32 Xbox or a staggering 64 PC players can team up for chaotic clashes over the internet.
