Though you might think Hugh Jackman would be the main source for new images and information on his latest (and likely final) Wolverine movie, Logan, it is director James Mangold and his top notch photographic skills providing the main feed. Take a look at a new image of Stephen Merchant as he appears in the movie below.
It's perhaps not a surprise to see Merchant's hairless visage if you'd already watched the video he posted to Instagram before filming began that showed him getting his hair shaved off.
And this proper look at him has also led some to assume this confirms he's playing the mutant known as Caliban, last seen in X-Men: Apocalypse (albeit portrayed by someone else). There has been no official word on his character, but given his appearance, it's not a big leap to make. Merchant himself posted a picture of the man to his Instagram account, and you can see it below.
With the likes of Patrick Stewart, Boyd Holbrook and Richard E. Grant also in the movie, Logan will be out in the UK on 3 March.
