His movies might vary in quality more than most directors, but few can match Woody Allen's consistent output. The man's latest, Wonder Wheel, boasts the likes of Kate Winslet and Justin Timberlake in its cast, and the first images of at least those two are now up. Find Winslet above and JT lower down the page.
As is seemingly traditional for Allen's films (besides the jazzy score and the particular credits font we can expect), he's keeping the details largely a secret, though we do know it seems him once again in his old stomping grounds of New York (the title is taken from the big attraction at Coney Island in Brooklyn) and the story is set in the 1950s, taking in infidelity, lovers, gangsters and some larger-than-life characters.
And while he has said he had a terrible time with the pressure and demands of working on a TV series, he has linked up again with collaborators Amazon for the film, which also features Juno Temple, Jim Belushi and Max Casella. It'll be out in the US on 1 December (someone is clearly thinking awards opportunities), but has yet to announce a UK date.
