That's right, it's time for another Empire Podcast Spoiler Special! Getting the thorough, spoilerific treatment this time around is Bryan Singer's X-Men: Apocalypse, the ninth (yes, ninth) film in the long-running mutant-centric series.

Director Singer and writer/producer Simon Kinberg talk everything from Wolverine and Dark Phoenix, to future instalments and how James McAvoy makes himself cry, before we lay the film out in forensic detail.

As ever, this is an incredibly spoilerific podcast (the clue is in the title, after all...), so be sure to have seen Apocalypse before pressing play. All good? Wonderful.
