"Dressed like a bat. I dig it..." Yes, after much teasing, snippets, posters and other such promotional chaff that has become de rigueur for big movies, here is the first full trailer for Justice League.
With Ben Affleck's Bruce Wayne and Diana Prince/Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) aware of the alien threat posed by the forces of Darkseid and Steppenwolf, it's time to start gathering a team to fight back. The age of heroes will return with the likes of the Flash, AKA Barry Allen (Ezra Miller), Arthur "Aquaman" Curry (Jason Momoa) and Victor Stone (Ray Fisher), whose lifesaving technological enhancement turn him into Cyborg.
Not pictured here? Henry Cavill's Superman, who is definitely, decidedly, no take-backs, for real, utterly dead. Well, probably. Well... No, but hopefully they're keeping something back for the actual movie.
What we do get is brief glimpses of Amy Adams' Lois Lane, Billy Crudup as Barry's Dad, Henry Allen, and Joe Morton (seen in Batman V Superman) as Victor's pop, Silas. Oh, and more exciting than that lot... our first real look at J.K. Simmons as Commissioner Gordon.
Justice League arrives in UK and US cinemas on 17 November.
