Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2

Thus far, the trailers and all that we've seen from Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2 points to writer/director James Gunn and his cast and crew delivering another fun-packed, distinctly different superhero movie. That feeling continues with the Super Bowl TV spot, which is now online.

With the regular Guardians – Chris Pratt's Star-Lord, Zoe Saldana's Gamora, Dave Bautista's Drax plus Rocket (voiced by Bradley Cooper) and Groot (in baby form, but still with Vin Diesel on vocal chores) – all present and correct, the sequel points to Michael Rooker's Yondu being forced to join them after his Reavers revolt and the addition of new folk such as Pom Klementieff's Mantis. Though she does seem to be on the receiving end of some of the gang's usual misfortune.

The focus on this quick look at the film is on the expanded scale and extra action, all without losing the entertaining personality. Oh, and giving Karen Gillan's Nebula more to do. We're very hopeful for this one. Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2 is set for release on 28 April.
